Sandy 13th Ward Mechanical HVAC contract doubled from the base bid price, as directed in several change orders from Brunner & Dallon Engineering and church PFR representative, Brian Stephenson. Project had great reviews & compliments’, for our expertise and installation of the entire HVAC system, Temperature Controls addition and mechanical furnace & air conditioning upgrades.

As a result of our work integrity, and professional conduct and expertise with Church Engineering, Lee Davis Engineering, David L. Jensen Engineering, and Brunner & Dallon Engineering; SCS Sheet Metal was awarded (3) LDS Church projects, with recommendation from church PFR officials by Dallas Thacker, and Brian Stephenson.

SCS Sheet Metal was awarded the prime contractor serving the mechanical upgrades and installations of Lennox Heating and Air conditioning equipment, controls, and refridgeration serving (3) Seminary buildings. This HVAC work consisted of the complete building mechanical system’s, retrofitit and upgrades, working with the church educational directors, and engineering department, completing the mechanical installations for these major building upgrades. SCS Sheet Metal installed the Heating and Air conditioning under the direction of church engineering official, Stanley Morrill, LDS churches liaison for these (3) seminary projects.
